and JOGGING! there is Wii jogging! you put the Wii mote in your hot little pocket, and you run in place (not on the board).

Tom, you sound silly. maybe you should have a nap. ;-)
Wii Fit is cool, for sure. The mini-games are pretty interesting (skiing, ski-jumping, tightrope walking, etc). It keeps track of how long you exercise, and rewards you, which is pretty cool.
The most hilarious part is your initial evaluation. You tell it how tall and old you are, and get on, and then it gives you your BMI (body mass index, which is a dicey measurement at best)
and THEN, it made my Mii all fat! I was pissed!
overall, it's a cute little game, looking forward to unlocking more stuff. it will be interesting to see what other games and stuff they come out with for it.
